Die Kathedrale verfügt außerdem über eine separate Hauptorgel mit 115 Ranks / 76 Registern auf 4 Manualen (Danion-Gonzalez 1975), die bis 2029 einem Neubau weichen wird

Vorgängerorgel:
ab ca. 1550 gab es in der Kathedrale eine Chororgel auf dem Lettner, die bis zur franz. Revolution auf ca. 20 Register auf 3 Manualen ausgebaut wurde
1787 Beschädigung bei einem Dachstuhlbrand, danach Plünderung wärend der Revolution - lediglich das Gehäuse blieb erhalten
